Pages 199-210, NEWTON County, GA Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS (U.S. $235,000.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of NEWTON County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in JUNE 2026, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 50 & 51 OF THE 10TH DISTRICT, NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING SHOWN AS BLOCK A, LOT 31 OF FOURWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 217-220, NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
