NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Stack City Global LLC to D2 Residential Capital Partners, LP, dated 11/07/2025 and recorded 11/18/2025 in DEED BOOK 4780, PAGE 765-799, Newton County, Georgia Records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $155,528.30, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Newton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday of June 2026, the following described property: The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Newton, State of Georgia and is described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 233 of the 9th District, City of Covington, Newton County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West side of Carr Circle right-of-way, this point being the Southeast corner of property now or formerly belonging to Willie M. Benton and Barbara Ann Benton; thence in a Westerly direction along property now or formerly belonging to Willie M. Benton and Barbara Ann Benton a distance of 150 feet to an iron pin comer; thence in a Southerly direction a distance of 75 feet to an iron pin corner; thence South 70 degrees 00 minutes East along property belonging to Otis Spillers d/b/a Spillers Lumber Company a distance of 159.2 feet to an iron pin corner and the Western side of Carr Circle right-of-way; thence in a Northerly direction along the Western side of Carr Circle right-of-way a distance of 75 feet to an iron pin comer and the point of beginning.
