NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF NEWTON By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Covington Creek Holding LLC to Commercial Loan Funding, LLC, dated January 10, 2025 and recorded on January 16, 2025 in Deed Book 4692, Page 658, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Newton County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($870,000.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for Treaty Oak Mortgage Trust, recorded in Deed Book 4765, Page 830, aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Newton County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: SEE "EXHIBIT A" Said properties may more commonly be known as 3079 Smart Lane, Covington, GA 30016, 4027 Jordan Boulevard Covington, GA 30016, and 5033 Stetson Way Covington, GA 30016.
