The City of Covington, hereinafter ("the City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a warming shelter, and be ready to begin operations on November 20, 2026 and continue on a nightly basis until March 2027. Proposals must be received by Tuesday, May 26, 2026 by 10:00 AM local time. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed box/package either by FedEx, UPS or hand delivered, and identified/labeled on the outside with the Respondent's name and address and project title as follows: "RFP#2026-10Warming Shelter." and addressed to: City of Covington Attn: Scott Cromer, Purchasing Department 2194 Emory Street Covington, GA 30014 Request for Proposals and additional information may be obtained by accessing the request for proposals on the City's website at
