SS 44-3-220 et seq., the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Ellington Homeowners Association, Inc., (the "Declaration"), filed in the Newton County, Georgia land records, the following described property will be sold by the Newton County Sheriff's Office at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Newton County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2026, specifically May 5, 2026. JONES Civil Action #: SUCV2023000235 Parcel ID #: 0013B00000255000 ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 106 AND 119, 10TH DISTRICT OF NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 172, THE LEGENDS OF ELLINGTON, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 80-95, NEWTON COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
