You are hereby notified pursuant to the Order of Special Master Amy Butler-Zapatka, dated March 13, 2026, that a Petition to Quiet Title with the above referenced style was filed on January 6, 2026 in the Superior Court of Newton County by Keycorp Financial, Inc. and Hill Resources, LLC ("Petitioners"). The Petition, if granted, will declare Petitioners to be the fee simple owners of those tracts or parcels of land located in Land Lot 155 of the 10th District and Land Lot 91 of the 9th District of Newton County, as fully described at Exhibit "A-1" to the Petition. You are hereby given notice of this action and directed that you may file any pleading you desire in response to the Petition within thirty (30) days of the aforesaid order by serving Petitioners' attorney, John C.
