Williams to YMA Investment LLC (the Secured Creditor), dated December 19, 2024, and Recorded on April 18, 2025 as Book No. 4720 and Page No. 213, Newton County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $40,608.51, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to YMA Investment, LLC by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Newton County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Newton County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in MAY, 2026, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 72 of the 10th District, Newton County, Georgia, being shown as Lot 36, Country Woods, Phase Two, according to plat of same recorded at Plat Book 23, Page 81, Newton County, Georgia records, which plat is specifically incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for a more particular and complete description.
