NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER OF NEWTON COUNTY, INC., a Georgia nonprofit corporation with its registered office at 7129 Turner Lake Circle, Covington, GA 30014, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. Persons with claims against the corporation are requested to present the name of the claimant and amount of the claim to the corporation by mail to P. O. Box 2972, Covington, Georgia 30015. Except for claims that are currently contingent or that arise after the date of filing of the notice of intent to dissolve with the Secretary of State, a claim against the corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after last publication of this notice.
