Bid post 2026-02 Face Painting Vendor
The City of Covington, Georgia, is seeking proposals from qualified face painting vendors to provide services at various community events throughout the year for a three-year contract (2026-2029). The selected vendor will enhance the event experience for attendees, particularly children and families, through creative and professional face painting services. Sealed proposals must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Scott Cromer no later than 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
