"Notice of Intent to Voluntarily Dissolve a Limited Liability Company Notice is given that a Statement of Commencement of Winding Up for RAMSEY FURNITURE COMPANY REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the "Company"), with its registered office at 1145 Clark Street, Newton County, Covington, Georgia 30014, has been delivered to the Georgia Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act. Furthermore, all persons with claims against the Company are requested to notify the Company of any such claims by sending a summary description of the claim to the Company describing the nature and amount of the claim, how and when it arose, and at the claimant's name and address. All claim summaries should be sent to the Company in care of Rebecca Ann Ramsey, at 1145 Clark Street, Newton County, Covington, Georgia 30014. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up or that arise after the filing of the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up, a claim against the Company not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice."
