Plant Manager Job Requirements: The Plant Manager is responsible for: * Deployment and maintenance of the organizations production operations and set-up systems. * Reporting on their performance and initiating improvements. * Ensuring production operations and set-up activities conform to the current quality system program, and activities are in accordance with customer and company requirements. * Acting as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system. * Deploy procedures and practices that promote high standards and improve techniques for production, cost effective set ups, quality products, reliable services, and employee safety. * Enforce the company's standards through functional groups. This will always be done based on company needs, current governmental regulations, and customer requirements. * Organize, promote, and support company wide quality improvement efforts. * Processing changes on machines, basic industrial maintenance, and robotic programming. * Other duties as assigned. The Plant Manager must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional trade school, post-secondary business courses are a plus but not required. The Plant Manager should have Three to Five years' experience in management operations, set-up, personnel, and related activities. This candidate should have five to ten years of experience in the structural foam and/or injection molding industry. Shift Supervisor Job Requirements: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for: * Supervise and coordinate activities of production operators, tenders, drivers and all other assigned support employees. * Initiates start-ups and adjustments to machines and assists with programming. * Trains operators and tenders all required production tasks. * Able to identify material and follow job specific requirements per Customer. * Mentor an lead team in a positive manner. * Oversee the organization's production systems, reporting on their performance and initiating improvements for the department and able to identify and trouble shoot complex problems. * Enforcing and maintaining the organizations standards, procedures and production operations, including product quality, reliability, employee evaluations and safety. * Follow procedures and practices that promote high standards and improve techniques for production, cost effective set ups, quality products, reliable services, and employee safety. * Extensive knowledge working with different types of plastics. Structural foam preferred. * Plastics experience preferred. * Perform other duties as assigned. Pay based on experience. The Shift Supervisor should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional secondary business courses are a plus but not required. Must have hands on experience in mold set up and skills related to the Structural Foam Molding Industry. Five to Ten years of experience in structural foam and/or injection molding industry. Must be able to pass a written learning exercise to qualify as a certified forklift operator. Please apply at
