The City of Covington is seeking services from qualified consultants in the areas of engineering, planning, permitting, plan review, and management for natural gas. The goal of this RFQ is to develop an agreement with one (1) or more consulting firm to fill specific needs in project design services, construction services, plan review, and project management, for the natural gas department. Sealed statements of qualifications must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Scott Cromer no later than 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025.
