PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Social Circle Planning and Corridor Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 22, 2025, at 6:00pm at the Social Circle Community Room, 138 E Hightower Trail, for the following items: 1. SC Infrastructure, LLC is requesting a rezone of approximately 338 acres from Agricultural (AG) to Light Industrial (LI) for the purpose of developing a Technology Park, to include a proposed Data Center, at 708 N Highway 11, also known as Tax Parcel 0123 032. 2. SC Infrastructure, LLC is requesting a special use to allow for a proposed Data Center, under Light Industrial (LI) zoning, at 708 N Highway 11, also known as Tax Parcel 0123 032. The City of Social Circle Mayor & Council will hold a Public Hearing on May 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Social Circle Community Room, 138 E Hightower Trail.
