The Plaintiff's Complaint further seeks a declaration from the Court that the intent of the parties was to include the legal descriptions of the 1992 Conveyed Property and the 1977 Conveyed Property in the Security Deed and that the Security Deed was a first position security interest encumbering the entire 915 Campbell Road Property. The Plaintiff's Complaint further seeks a declaration that the Deed Under Power recorded in Deed Book 4535, Page 152, Newton County, Georgia records conveyed fee simple title to the entire 915 Campbell Road Property to the Plaintiff. Should the Interested Party claim an interest in the 915 Cambell Road Property and wish to be heard in this Action, the Interested Party shall file an Answer or other responsive pleading or motion within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order granting service by publication.
